The following is a general outline – a General Tenancy Agreement is more specific and a legally binding contract.
RENTAL PAYMENTS
Rent must always be paid on time. We understand that every now and then something may happen and your rental payment may be late. It is important that you call us in advance to let us know.
If your rental payment is going to be more than seven days late, we will serve a Notice to Remedy Breach. If your rent continues to remain in arrears then a Notice to Leave will be issued. Only with the Landlords permission can we cancel this notice for your tenancy to continue. A copy of all notices issued will be available to any future landlord, in addition this information may be registered with TICA.
PROPERTY INSPECTIONS
Regular inspections are carried out on each property. You will be given an Entry Notice with the allowed notice period.
SUBLETTING
Under no circumstances can anyone reside permanently at the premises unless we have authorized this. All prospective tenants must submit a formal application and be approved by this office. Non compliance of this is a breach of tenancy agreement and as such can be registered with TICA.
INSURANCE
Your contents are NOT covered by the Landlords insurance – the landlords insurance only covers the building.

Our Property Management Department is open Mon – Friday 9.00am – 5.00pm and Sat 8.30am – 12.30pm.
